We are experienced hosts (5+ years!) and provide you with everything you need for a longer term stay in Vancouver. Whether you are travelling, relocating, or renovating we have the perfect place for you to stay. We live in a fabulous, livable yet quiet neighbourhood in Vancouver. Lots of parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything you need is within short walking distance.

In addition to listed amenities we also provide Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Apple TV and quality kitchen items.

The space
Our space is spacious and outfitted with comfy beds, pillows, duvets,
and, cozy furniture. Cuddle up with clean blankets in front of the fireplace or watch a movie on Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Apple TV or check out the game on cable TV. Play a game or do a puzzle on the giant kitchen island. Colouring supplies and games for children are available

Enjoy cooking a meal or baking cookies on the quality induction range. Our fully outfitted kitchen has sharp knives- something appreciate having when we are away from home. We also provide more than just your basic spices! If there is something you need, just ask and we will try and accommodate.

The full bathroom features a deep soaker tub and heated floors. Lots of storage! There are plenty of towels including beach/swimming towels

The outdoor space is private and fenced and. Seating for four, plus an area for throwing down a blanket.

The house is centrally located in the Hastings Sunrise (or newly named East Villiage) This nieghbourhood has fantastic restaurants and local businesses.

In a 5 minute walk you will find The Pacific National Exhibition. This is a huge and beautiful park that includes:
. Empire Fields- run on a track, play beach volleyball, workout on outdoor equipment. For the kids their are two bike courses and play equipment.
• Two arena's for concerts/shows
• Playland, an outdoor amusement park (only open full time in the summer and weekends May, June, September and October
• Japanese garden
• Italian Garden
• A large pond that makes for a lovely walk (dog friendly)
• The Hastings Race Course (horseracing)

Also the nieghbourhood: Hastings Community Centre (with a full gym), Hastings Public Library, great locally owned shops, a liquor store, banks and some chains such as Shoppers Drug Mart (has groceries), London Drugs and Starbucks. Donalds Market, a fully stocked grocery store that offers organic produce/food choices, is just a few blocks away. New Brighton beach/park is a beautiful 15 minute walk away. Take your dog to the off leash area or enjoy outdoor the swimming pool open during the summer.

Downtown is just a 10 minute drive or short straight bus ride. The North Shore is also very close! Hit the Grouse Grind or one of the suspension bridges.
