The Gatekeepers Cottage is a newly renovated, pet-friendly private studio nestled in the serene village of Bullarto, just 5 minutes from Daylesford and 8 minutes from Trentham. This retreat is the perfect escape for couples and their furry companions.

The space
Inside, you'll find a cosy queen bed with electric blankets, air-conditioning for year-round comfort, and a smart TV with fast WiFi for entertainment. The fully self-contained studio comes equipped with all the modern conveniences, including a kitchenette featuring a microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster (please note: no stove or oven but there is a BBQ on the patio)
Step outside to discover cycling and bushwalking trails right at your doorstep, along with a wealth of nearby gastronomic delights. I made the tree change to Daylesford in early 2019 and can’t tell you how happy I am with the decision. It’s a magical spot with so much to do. The food options are incredible and every drive to those cafes and restaurants leaves me gob smacked... the beauty of this area. I still work and have my own marketing agency but the pace is just right and life is finally in balance. Breaking up my week with Airbnb guests is perfect for me. I love the variety of people I get to meet and also sharing my secrets of the best places I’ve found up here!
