The house is located on the beachfront in Matalascañas, a beach in Doñana National Park. A very quiet area where you can enjoy the sea. The beach has kilometers of white sand that make it unique.
It's close to the city center. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and a summer cinema. But, without a doubt, the most interesting thing about it is its magnificent views.

The space
It has a small entrance, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and several terraces with ocean views, where there is a barbecue area. Going down the stairs that take us to the beach, there is a very useful storage room to leave umbrellas and chairs.
