Brand new one bedroom unit located 3 minutes from main commercial strip and malls in Yarmouth, NS. High quality, 5 appliances, 75"TV with 5 speaker surround sound. 1 BR, but leather couch pulls out for queen and ottoman pulls out for a single bed. 4 minutes to Cat Ferry. Pet friendly. Floors are acid stained concrete with polished finish. Rates are nightly but longer term negotiable.

Other things to note
Yarmouth boasts the most fresh and properly cooked haddock anywhere that I have ever been. Most of the fish is delivered daily to restaurants . On Fridays you can get a large fish and chips from "Merns" (more than you can eat) for $10.55 (2018). She changes her cooking oils daily. She also provides other traditional home cooked meals like liver and onions,etc. Merns is located just 2 minutes from the unit. Another great home cooking restaurant located on Water Street is the Dinner Plate. Huge breakfast including sausage/bacon, 2 eggs , potatoes and toast for 8.95. Dinner plate has the best seafood chowder in town (in my opinion). However both these restaurants do not open until 11 am.
So to get a early breakfast, you can drive up the old #1 route to Baileys about 10 minutes form the units and get the same quality breakfast.

These new units are built on heated slabs with the concrete decorated by acid stain and protected with wax making the floor pet friendly. There are no carpets or laminate flooring in these units. The units are located in East Side Village a mini home park on the edge of Yarmouth Town just 4 minutes from the Cat Ferry terminal and 3 minutes from the main commercial strip. Water is supplied from a drilled well and 20,000 gallon reservoir which is treated by ultra violet lights. Its the best water in town. There is a queen bed with a Stearns and Foster mattress. There is a leather queen pull out couch as well a a single pullout Ottoman sleeping 5 in total. The coffee table needs to be lifted to the kitchen by 2 people in order to pull out the couch at sleep time. 5 appliances including washer/dryer. Cooking utensils are included for your use. There is a 75 inch tv ampped into a built in 5 speaker surround sound system for your enjoyment. Approx 630 square feet in total living area. Enjoy a quiet nights sleep.
