Today, most of us will only see a caboose in a museum, but you have the chance to experience the caboose in its true form. The RMEO is pleased to offer the rare opportunity for visitors to sleep in a caboose just as railroaders did.

Curl up in our comfortable pull-down beds with fresh linens and relax in the quiet glow of the lantern. In the morning, enjoy a fresh breakfast of fruit, pastries, juice and coffee or tea which is served on site. This plywood Caboose was built in postwar 1945.
