This warm and cosy house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walk to the Taylor River, Redwoodtown village centre with cafe, pub, bakery, gym, hairdresser and supermarket.

There are comfortable beds, bedside lamps, and a separate toilet from bathroom.

The log burner is fired by a good supply of wood from our Marlborough Sounds farm.

The kitchen is well stocked including a nutribullet for those that like smoothies

The space
The house is well positioned for the sun and there is a nice indoor outdoor flow to the back verandah.

Currently there is no access from the main bedroom to deck as we are undertaking repairs on the wooden doors.

Along with the wood burner we have now installed a heat pump/air conditioner so in winter there is no reason to be cold and over the hot summer months you can cool off.

The hot water supply is electric but when the wood burner is going there is a wet back. This means you will never run out of hot water. We have recently added a pump to the hot water system so we now have very good shower pressure.

I really enjoy having guests in our house in Blenheim and work hard to ensure it is welcoming, clean and tidy. My husband and I live in the deep Pelorus Sound. My husbands Great great grandparents were the first white settlers into the Pelorus over one hundred and sixty years ago so there is a very sentimental and deep attachment to this land. We believe in living a sustainable lifestyle, looking to the future health of our world for our whanau.
