As our family's guesthouse, La Casita is a magical and rustic two bedroom bungalow with a direct view of the pyramid of el Tepozteco. La Casita is a great place for kids and pets. It has a private terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and small garden. La Casita is just a short walk from the market in the center of town and right next to the Tepozteco mountains.

The space
La Casita is a rustic and comfy space. Best for seasoned travellers that want a special space. Don't come here expecting a 5-star hotel room. That said, it has everything you need, including a small garden, kitchen, terrace and bathroom. It is also in the best location, a short walk to the market and even shorter to the mountains. Off-street parking is safe.

Other things to note
Because the house is located next to the mountains and it is an old house you will occasionally see a friendly bug here and there. They are completely harmless but if you have a phobia I would recommend going to a hotel instead.

In our humble opinion, La Casita could not be in a more perfect location; we are a short walking distance from all the action in the center of town yet a world away, tucked under the footsteps of the Tepozteco mountains. La Casita is located in the barrio of La Santísima, which is one of the original neighborhoods of this old town. The center of town and main market are just short walk away. The start of the climb to the pyramid is five minutes away by foot.
