Le perchoir est situé au coeur du village historique d'Aubazine. Beaucoup d'activités et de balades à pied sans prendre la voiture (cascade, pisciculture, randonnées, abbaye cistercienne, canal des moines, ruine du monastère féminin, ancien orphelinat ayant accueilli Coco Chanel, ...).

A l'intérieur de l'appartement vous découvrirez un espace chaleureux avec tout le confort moderne: grande douche, cuisine aménagée, literie confortable sur la mezzanine, le canapé convertible en lit 140, wifi, ..
