I ❤️ dogs, & we are VERY pet friendly: no pet fees & no limit! Walk everywhere from these sunny Downtown Ithaca apts in our historic home in the Finger Lakes. Perfect for Ithaca College & Cornell graduations, events, college tours, orientations, visiting kids at school, wine tours & just relaxing. Walk to Ithaca Commons, Cornell, Ithaca College, festivals, State Theatre, Moosewood, coffee, bars, restaurants, shopping & gorges.

The space
*Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, cleaning then sanitizing all surfaces. All linens and towels are washed in the hottest water possible with bleach.

This is a combo of two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Huge sun-filled, airy space with original hardwood floors & woodwork, floor to ceiling windows and 10' ceilings in our historic home in Downtown Ithaca, two blocks away from the Commons in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The sun streams in and lights up this space all day long. The 3 season porch off of one of the bedrooms is the perfect place to unwind anytime with a cocktail or a cup of tea and a book. There is a heater out there in the fall and winter, allowing it to be used year round (this is my favorite room in the whole house!). There is tons of space for families or groups to stay together but still be able to spread out and have privacy.

If you are interested in hosting a party (graduation, wedding, reunion or any other kind of event here), please message me with the details so we can figure out what works best for you and your group. We’d love to have you!

Other things to note
Free, unrestricted parking is always available on our street.

Please remove your shoes when you’re inside the apartment.

This is a quiet building - please be reasonable with music, tv, etc..

Originally a Detroiter, living in Ithaca (10 square miles surrounded by reality) via a longgg stop in Malibu, California. I love my beautiful daughter, red-lining my car and University of Michigan football (Go Blue! We love you in Ithaca, Coach Harbaugh! This is your year!!). I love dogs and have been involved in dog rescue for most of my adult life. Please rescue a dog. You’ll be really happy you did (I know I will). Come see us in Ithaca - it's Gorges!
