Spacious loft, industrial style in historic building (Unity1), views on Square Victoria and
St-Patrick Basilique, polished cement floors. Furnished in a mix of retro-modern-industrial style.
Equipped with 2 plasma TVs (home theatre), 1 dvd. 1 Ipod stand. The building is home to
“Daylight Cafe”, and a hair salon. High ceilings (12 feet), huge (10 feet) replicated factory windows.
One closed bedroom, one semi-closed bedroom. Bathroom with individual bathtub and glass shower.
Includes high speed wi-fi, A/C, electricity, local phone, satellite cable.

Possibility of indoor parking.
