This 3 BR 1.5 BA is a clean, green, efficient bungalow located within walking distance to downtown, Bryan Park, Switchyard Park, and the B-Line trail. You can skip, hop, jump or even ride a bike to Bryan Park, B-line trail, Hopscotch Coffee, or Indiana University (1 mile away). The house is welcoming to adults and children alike, with warming characteristics for zen and play.

The space
Step into our comfy bungalow to find an efficient design that give light to natural elements while being located so conveniently. Get ready to relax in between adventures. You will find comfortable mattresses, linens that are laundered fresh between each visit, and a variety of pillows. We have extra blankets, hair dryers and fresh coffee and tea.

Guest access
We have one queen size bed, two full beds, a top bunk, and floor single bed. Each bathroom is equipped with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

You'll find everything you need to cook and eat with in the kitchen, including a gas stove, coffee maker, mixing bowls, measuring tools, sharp knives, and more.

We have a patio with table that seats 6 with Bluetooth speakers in the back and our front porch is inviting to relax and enjoy the elements.

We are about three block from the B-line, Switchyard Park, Cardinal Spirits, Hopscotch and Salt Creek Cycles. We are about 4 blocks from Bryan Park, Sweet Grass, Feta, Cactus Flower, and more. We are located off a bus line and bike friendly streets.

We've lived in Bloomington for a combined 40 years! We love being so close to the heart of this thriving community.....skipping, walking, and biking just about everywhere. Tossing a stone either way from our home brings you to beautiful Bryan Park or the B-line trail. We spend much time in either direction! We absolutely love to travel, most recently drawn to Seattle WA, connecting with our roots, and Costa Rica for Yoga retreats, good food and sunshine. Our two beautiful girls under 3yrs help us stop to smell the flowers each day, make time for simple gratitudes, and remember to be kind to each other. As we welcome you to our home I hope you will find hints of our loves throughout the property, thus feeling grounded, yet open for exploration.
