Bookings will not be accepted or will be cancelled if youths (under 18 years old) are found to be unaccompanied by an adult

No loud music/noise is accepted between 11pm-8am (as per local law)

Parties are prohibited inside the premises

Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited

Smoking is prohibited inside premises. Allowed only on balcony/terrace when applicable. Cigarette filters are to be disposed of in ashtrays or garbage bin provided and never thrown out.

Should the rules not be respected, the host reserves the right to cancel booking, premises would be vacated instantly and a non-refund policy will apply.
