Friendly, quiet, walkable neighborhood in Park West Subdivision. This updated home is so comfortable yet roomy at 2300 square feet. Each bedroom has access to a full bath! Relax on one of the porches, take a walk, fish, or watch the kids play on the swingset. Indoors there are board games, puzzles, big screen TV's and more. So much to do and that is just at the house. We are also conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping, THE BEACH, restaurants, Boone Hall, & downtown Charleston!

The space
Step into this inviting ranch home which includes an extra bedroom and full bath above the garage. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs (except the baby’s/kid’s room). The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you would need to fix and eat your meals without having to go out. Spices, coffee, flour and sugar are provided. Small appliances such as a hand mixer, air fryer, coffee makers, blender, toaster, s’more maker, electric skillet, waffle maker and food processor are also provided.

We offer quite a few items for babies and children, including a crib, toys, baby monitor, high chair, pack-n-play, and the outdoor swingset and picnic table. The back yard is completely fenced in to keep the kiddos corralled! There is a hammock and rocking chairs out front for your enjoyment.

We also have lots of items for the beach such as a wagon, beach towels, beach mat, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, umbrella and goggles!

The backyard and patio offer an enclosed porch with a ceiling fan, loveseat and chairs, a swingset/slide/play area for the kids, gas grill, lounge chair, and table with seating for six.

Whether you enjoy spending time indoors or out, this house has it all!!
