Minutes away from downtown Edmonton, Whyte Avenue, the River Valley, the French Quarter, and University of Alberta, this centrally located home is perfect for anyone wanting to: take in the Fringe or any of the many festivals; attend a concert or an Oilers' Game at Roger's Place; or take advantage of this river city's amazing river valley!

The unit is completely self-contained, with private entry and your very own washer and dryer. Additionally, an air cooling system is available for the unit. We are located only a 25 minute drive from the airport, in the very easy to find Argyll Community.

Argyll is one of Edmonton’s mature, quiet neighbourhoods. It is centrally located and minutes away from some of city’s wonderful gems.

Just 2.5 km North in a revitalized Ritchie neighbourhood, relax with a coffee and brioche at Transcend Café; or sit for a meal and try the locally brewed beer at Biera. Cross the street and you can enjoy some live music and tasty treats at Blue Chair Café. Or, stop in at the newest local ice-cream shop, Kind, that specializes in small batch ice-cream, handcrafted in Edmonton.

Just 3 km West of us, shop at the local Tienda Latina, or stop for a meal at Huma, a great little Mexican restaurant.

The University of Alberta hospital is a mere 10 minute drive from our place, as is Whyte Avenue and the Stratchona Farmers' Market.

We are just a phone call or text away should you need anything during your stay...or come by and see us if you are so inclined (we live just “next door”). We both work full time, but we are home most evenings and weekends.
