Modern, light-filled house with spacious living areas. Comfortable and warm. Very large main living room/dining /kitchen plus alternative sitting room/study. Large garden. Two shared modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The room to let has a double and a single bed. 7 minutes to Dart train to city, and walkable to restaurants, pubs, buses, beach, shops and language schools. Usually Up to two other students in the house and myself.

Monica went out of her way to facilitate our stay and our commute. The train (DART) connecting to Dublin is 7 minutes away from her place. Utensils and accessories are available to cook your meals. Monica is great host.
