We are in Piazza San Domenico, in the heart of the Villanova district, in the historic center, in a pedestrian area, quiet, peaceful and private. Entire apartment of about 110 square meters, with fine finishes and equipped with all amenities, recently renovated, independent, dating back to the early 1800s.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, outdoor terrace with laundry, kitchen and living room.

LOCATION
The location is strategic: you can walk through the beautiful streets of the center to reach the other historic districts and enjoy the nightlife.
The bus stops
stops for buses to the sea and shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity, no more than 200 meters away. The train station (for connection to the airport) and the port are a 10-minute walk away.
We are within walking distance of shopping streets and main meeting and entertainment places such as the Municipal Theater, museums, parks, as well as a very busy area of bars, clubs, pubs, markets, craft shops, pharmacy, and self-service laundry just a short walk away, etc.
Despite being in the center, you will discover how private the area is and how you will feel like you are in a small village, where human contact with the people who live there will be tangible.
