INTERGENERATIONAL country house, IDEAL WITH CHILDREN, fully furnished and equipped. On the edge of a PRETTY SMALL private LAKE (shallow). Beautiful view overlooking the lake (bordered by flowers) and the forest on the other side. Pedal boat at your disposal. Artesian well water (Excellent!) and lake water is also excellent for swimming. The water is running and at a good flow, there is a small dam that makes it possible to establish the water level and which therefore constitutes a (mini) waterfall.

The space
The country house includes 2 closed bedrooms on the ground floor, with bathroom, large kitchen (lake view) and large bright living room. The fully finished basement includes the other 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large living room with slow-burning stove, a laundry room with sink and shower.

Pets allowed after discussion.

The environment is very quiet and we are looking for peaceful people to respect the surroundings.

The price per additional person is negotiable depending on the duration.

In the summer, we rent by the week from Friday to the following Friday.
