"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
The space
The Leeward House is a 4 Bed, 2.5 bath(additional outdoor shower) private home(double wide lot) situated on the canal directly across the street from our private beach. It was just remodeled in June of 2023. The home is run fully on solar as well, so when the power goes out which it can frequently, no worries and no load generator. You can access your private beach by walking across the street, down the driveway of Windward House and directly onto the beach. Everything on the island is within a short ride on a golfcart(they are street legal and can be rented). Leeward house has rental dockage where 4 boats can be tied up. There is a Weber charcoal grill under the deck that is yours to use. In town there is a convenient store, liquor store, hardware store and gift shop. On your way into town you'll pass the pink condo buildings, the Bahama Beach Club. The Bahama Beach Club is a great place to get lunch or dinner, but stop in and make reservations as they can get busy. Florence's Cafe(one of Martha Stewart's favorites places in the Bahamas) is in town and is a must-do for her sticky buns. Sunset Pizza and Treasure Sands are 15-20 minutes by cart towards the security gate you passed on yoru way into treasure cay, highly recommend! Access the main public beach is right in town as well. Whether you fly into Treasure Cay airport(TCB currently for private/charter only) or Marsh Harbour airport(MHH), we can arrange for our driver to pick you up and drop you off. Treasure Cay airport is about 15-20 minutes from the house and Marsh Harbour airport is roughly 40 minutes from the house. We can also have the house stocked for you if you wish as well for an additional charge. The only large grocery store is in Marsh Harbour, so you can stop on your way to Treasure cay if flying into MHH or go by car/taxi. There are many other surrounding islands to visit while staying in Treasure cay. There are ferries that run to these islands or you can rent a boat or take a charter. There is plenty of snorkeling, fishing and exploring to be had just about everywhere you go, and don't forget about visiting the swimming pigs and feeding the stingrays! There is a code in the check-in instructions for the electronic door lock and our on-island manager will meet you. There will be a locked closet to maintain owner items, but other than that, you're free to explore the property. The truck and utility vehicle in the garage are not for rent or renters use.
