The space
The ground floor consists of: The lounge offers guests a spacious room with great natural light, 2 x 2-seater settees, arm chair, coffee table, smart TV with FreeSat channels. Patio doors opening to large veranda with outdoor furniture. Spectacular views over the Dornoch Firth and surrounding area. Metal and glass balustrade allowing great views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and plenty kitchenware. Boiler cupboard housing oil fired central heating boiler, ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner. The porch off the kitchen with door to driveway. Cloakroom with WC off the porch. The dining room benefits from a spacious and airy room with dining table and chairs for 6 and 2 sideboards. Porch with access to front door. The master bedroom consists of a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and chair. Great views toward the Dornoch Firth. The second bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinets with light, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror. Great views toward the Dornoch Firth and surrounding area. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.
