Beautiful house with private pool in gated condominium. In-law with sink, stove, fridge, barbecue, pantry and wood oven. Fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms being 1 toilet. It is 900m from the excellent beach of Guaratuba and holds 13 people in the rooms (Bedroom 1 double bed + double mattress + single mattress/ Bedroom 2 double bed + double mattress/ Bedroom 3 double bed + double mattress).
