The space

The apartment is nestled off the hubub of Fitzroy Street with all apartments surrounding a beautiful terracotta tiled courtyard with a fountain.
The apartment is a double story unit with 2 bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms contain large built in wardrobes and a small desk is located in one.
The laundry is upstairs too and includes a washing machine and dryer.
The downstairs is a comfortable open plan living space with galley style kitchen. The apartment comes with wireless enabled internet access.
The downstairs bathroom with shower is connected to another double bedroom. There are two balconies on the bottom floor.
Stepping onto the street you will find lots of cafes, restaurants, night spots, the beach is a 10 minute stroll down the road and transport virtually from the entrance takes you into town.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities available within the apartment including kitchen, washing machine, dryer and there is a swimming pool in the apartment complex.

Great location and easy access to many restaurants. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We slept very well ;) Julia was lovely to deal with.

Julia was very easily contactable and prompt with her response to confirm our booking. We chatted beforehand and she was friendly and extremely helpful with planning handover of keys and to discuss finalising our stay. St Kilda is a buzzing, cosmopolitan suburb which still retains some grit and the lively pastime of watching interesting people. The Fitzrovia just at the door of the complex was a welcome surprise with great smoothies and food, and Fritz Gelato a most incredible end to an evening! (URL HIDDEN) The light rail station heading into the city was a great discovery and with Woolworths across the road, we were well able to stock up on any items needed to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The listing description was perfect and the property well lived up to the photographs and was not only beautifully set up but also stylishly furnished and with multiple areas to relax, if staying with a group. The apartment complex was so quiet we could hardly believe we were on Fitzroy Street. A fabulous stay and one we will certainly be repeating if returning to Melbourne. Most perfect for our family. We enjoyed staying in St Kilda, the apartment was so conveniently located near tram stops and supermarket and had the added bonus of a carspace. Julia and Jim were very accommodating with our unknown arrival as we were driving from Sydney with our children and were uncertain of how many stops we would need to take! Just a quick message 5 minutes before our arrival and Jim was there to let us in!! The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. Thanks again for a great Melbourne holiday.

Loads of space, in a private and quiet complex. Great location, tram stop very close, short walk to the pier and beach, and all the cafes and restaurants. Our host Julia lives nearby and is very responsive. Excellent value.
