Russet is one of two newly renovated stables, set within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed farmhouse. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar, with off street gated parking. Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, beautiful walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials.

There are many pubs in the area with the Codrington Arms a short drive or walk being the nearest, further afield the Kings Arms at Didmarton and the Crown at Dyrham are a treat for lunch or dinner. Badminton estate is a 20 min drive, with Westonbirt Arboretum a further 10 mins away. The historical cities of Bristol, Bath and Cheltenham are a wonderful day trip for shopping, sightseeing, cinema or theatre. Closer to home Yate riverside has a cinema and restaurants.

Hi, our family have lived at Leechpool farm for 14 years. In that time we have lovingly restored the Grade 2 listed farmhouse and surrounding barns. Our children have been lucky to grow up in this beautiful area which is an oasis of peace and birdsong in the countryside with easy links to historic cities. We have lots of animals and enjoy walking our dogs and riding around the lanes and bridle paths that surround us. We are very excited to begin welcoming people to our beautiful home.
