The space
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished townhouse is elegant throughout. Lush greenery can be enjoyed from every window of the 940 square foot home. The townhouse was built in craftsman style with attention to detail. Tasteful decor, hardwood flooring, fir doors and trim throughout ensure that every inch of this beautiful home exudes grace. Large private windows and high ceilings exude light and airy feel.

This townhouse features comfortable modern furnishings. A spacious living room invites you to unwind after a long day and is perfect for lounging. Dimmable warm lighting creates cozy ambience.

The dining area with a custom-made sequoia table will treat a party of six to a dinner. The kitchen is prepped with everything you need to cook and features quartz countertops and high-end appliances, including the Miele dishwasher, a new gas stove and a Fisher-Paykel fridge.

The master bedroom benefits from ample closet space behind mirrored sliding doors, a comfortable queen bed and French doors that open out onto a balcony. Living in a residential neighbourhood, you can enjoy the tranquillity of Kitsilano while being less than ten minutes away from beaches and the busy downtown. Just down the street, you will find a grocery store. Take a stroll down Granville Street to find a vast array of restaurants, shops bakeries and amenities. Or hop on a city bike to ride along Arbutus Greenway, the dedicated bike path just one block from the townhouse. Busses going to UBC and downtown stop just a block away.

Cancellation Policy: We have a strict cancellation policy. However, we try hard to accommodate any change requests. In the event of a cancellation, we would refund up to the extent that we are able to recover rent with a replacement tenant. This is very likely with advance notice because historically we had full occupancy even with many unexpected changes during the COVID pandemic.

Complete townhouse with private access and private patio. You will also be able to use the front garden and grill.

* The garden and grill are shared with the owner unit, however, we rarely use them.

* No parties. Quiet hours after 9 p.m.
