Ceglie Messapica is at 5 km from our big house, in Itria Valley. Old Trullo and Suite Luna are two separated, different bedrooms, very comfortable .
Old Trullo is an authentic typical and old restored building; the Suite Luna is a contemporary bedrooms with a masterpiece of italian and pugliese artist.
Both bedrooms are equipped of private entrance, private kitchen corner, (URL HIDDEN) garden. One common barbecue in the garden. The atmospehere is magic and natural.

The space

Old Trullo and Suite Luna are two diffrent bedrooms separated and they aren't comunicating. They are very beautiful and comfortable. Every bedroom can accomodate three people, because there are one double bed more a single one. Booth rooms have wood beds, one fridge, dishes too. Outside there is the big and private garden available for the guests; that is full of many various plants and herbs, fruits and many olive trees and a little woods, which gets refresh on Summer! The zone is very quite and people can walk in the nature, biking and jogging too. Free parking is always available.

Guest access

The guests can use all our countrysyde; the whole private area is 10,000 mq; there are various common relax corners with sunbeds. Free parking is always available.
Ceglie Messapica is a very nice hystoric little town ; it's famous for food and wine of high quality and to a very cheap price!; its restaurants are suggested on Michelin guide and others: old Trullos of this zone are very old and they can be dated of XVI century. The landscape heritage of Ceglie Messapica is one of the most big of all Itria Valley , it's wonderful because it' s very rich and various.

Interaction with guests

I live here so I'm often in ; I like very much to give all the informations to my guests: restaurants, shopping, supermarket, beaches, events and the best sights, about the coast too. I like that they feel at home and they are fine during their journey. I do all what I can to get it. I like receive new people because I love travelling.

Other things to note

There is Internet connection: it is LIMITED and the guests have to have their pc, so it' s easy the navitation and the email service , but it's not possible to download of music and films. The bedrooms are hated with radiators; on Summer there are ventilators.

Marina was a wonderful host. Discreet and quite helpful. She seemed concerned about our stay and wellbeing and even offered medicine when my girlfriend fell ill.

Staying with Marina has been one of our most wonderful experiences while travelling for a year through Italy. Marina is an incredibly kind and helpful host who has always been available to us for absolutely anything. She has converted her trullo into a a cozy and comfortable place that really makes something unique out of your stay in Apulia. The environment is really nice since you're really being out in the countryside while all facilities like shops and a larger town are all very near. The biggest plus might however be the land that surrounds the trullo and where we spent many wonderful hours with Marina's beautiful kids and her friends. Thanks for everything!

Marina and Josue are a delightful couple, who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Although listed as a b&b, as we were long term guests ( we stayed for a month) Marina did not provide a daily breakfast, but instead left us a well-stocked larder on arrival, with additional gifts of produce from their land - walnuts, fruit jams, figs. The trullo was delightful, regularly cleaned, but - a word of warning, the water is non potable; it is customary in this area to use local fountains for drinking water. The neighbourhood is very rural and quiet, though barking dogs were occasionally a problem at night - take ear plugs! We hired bikes locally and were able to cycle to the nearby towns of Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Ostuni. The area is particularly good for cycling.

The trullo was very charming. Friendly staff members. A generous breakfast was served every morning. It is very close to Ceglie Messapica which is a beautiful little town with lots of great restaurants. There are a lot of stray dogs and cats on the property who are friendly, but are sometimes noisy during the night. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Amo viaggiare anche all'estero.
