Enjoy 40 private acres of Hood River paradise only 10 minutes from downtown Hood River. Whether relaxing in a hammock, picnicking outdoors, sailing on the Columbia or fishing at the river a short walk down the hill, Riverstone Farm offers convenience, comfort, and tranquility in a country atmosphere.

The space
A custom built home in rustic Cascadian style, Riverstone Farm is 100% a northwest experience. Built in great room style, there is plenty of space for gathering and lots of private spaces as well. With sweeping views of the Hood River and walking trails throughout the property, you won't feel the need to leave. For kids, our small brood of chickens make egg collecting fun as well as harvesting seasonal berries in the garden. Two resident llamas and horse make it a complete country experience. (Not interested in animals? Not to worry, we have staff who maintain the farm.) Join us for a memorable stay in the country!

Guest access
Full access to the property.

Other things to note
The upstairs of our barn houses a small fair trade business I own. Two employees (Sylvia and Jessi) will occasionally be there for part of the day, several days a week. They are lovely, helpful people should you need anything but they do not interact with our guests and will respect your privacy.

I'm an artist with a passion for Latin America. After five years of living in our Oaxaca home, it's time for the family to return to Hood River, Oregon, so that our daughter Siena can attend high school in the States with friends from her childhood. I'll be returning to Oaxaca and Chiapas frequently as I develop my textile importing business with local artisans (Website hidden by Airbnb) You can see more of my art at (Website hidden by Airbnb) My husband, John Harlin, is a writer, editor, and adventurer with deep knowledge of the hiking and biking behind our houses in San Pablo Etla and Hood River (Website hidden by Airbnb)
