This large two bedroom semi-detached bungalow is located in Naul, North County Dublin (Google "Ireland's Ancient East") just 5 minutes (by car) from the M1 motorway Dublin to Belfast corridor. It is close to the historical and scenic Counties of Meath and Louth. As well as it being just 15 to 20 minutes (by car) to Dublin airport, it is also close to beaches, golf clubs, riding stables, and public parks. Although not essential, a car is recommended.

There is a 10 minute walk from the bungalow to the very quaint Naul village. In the village there is a small supermarket, Killian's public house and the Seamus Ennis Arts Centre which has a restaurant and live music. Finding a small rural village so close (only a 20 minute drive) from a Capital City is rare.

Although there is a Local Link bus service and a very good taxi service, I can drop and collect guests to the seaside town of Balbriggan (just a 10 minute drive away) where there are plenty of buses and a scenic coastal train service to Dublin.
