Versatile Room is located on the ground floor. It has a Queen bed and a private restroom with shower. It has a Queen bed and a table for meals or for work. This room also has a small refrigerator. The room has a private entrance with electronic lock on the exterior balcony, as well as a door leading to the common areas. The view is West (sunset).
The house has all-round railing on each floor. You may relax and savor the view while enjoying your morning coffee. Should you wish it, you won’t be missing any news or data with our Wi-Fi. Environment preservation and care are important to us; please note that all of our soaps and detergents are environmentally friendly. Our personnel is also trained to maximize ecological practices.

Breakfast will be continental style, buffet style. We're planning to offer homemade organic oatmeal, a variety of breads, boiled eggs, cereals, and many other popular favorites. A 3-person hot tub will also be available!
For the other meals, you have access to a common kitchenette. You will find utensils, dishes, coffee machine (coffee included), boiling pot, microwave oven, convection mini oven, one burner and a common refrigerator. All require dishes at your disposal; we just ask that you wash the dishes you use. There are some great restaurants in nearby Compton. Do not hesitate to ask your host Yves about the latest news. He will gladly advise you about the many good restaurants you may find in the nearby village of Compton. He is usually either around the house or available on the phone.
Our multifunctional room allows you to sit comfortably while enjoying a magnificent view. Central air conditioning is activated during hot periods, so a good night’s sleep is assured.
There is ample parking space on the property.

In addition to their room, guests have access to both levels of all-round railings, to the common room and to an extra washroom on the ground floor. The property has 10 acres of orchards and fields with walking trails.
Your host, Yves, lives on the premises and will be usually present to answer your questions or to advise about the local attractions.
During your stay
Your host, Yves, lives on the premises and will usually be present. In case of a temporary absence, his phone number can be found in the House Manual. For changes in your stay, extra days or any administrative concern, please reach your Airbnb host (Marc) through his phone or Airbnb messaging. After 11pm or before 7am it is possible we may be hard to reach.
Other things to note
The room doors are locked and unlocked by code, so you will be able to enter at your leisure without need for coordination. Three days before your arrival, Airbnb will grant you access to arrival instructions and the required code.
If you are staying at our place because of the Foresta Lumina show or other late event, we strongly advise to check in BEFORE the show. Not only may you have a hard time to locate the property and enter the code in the dark, but our phones may be turned off for the night and we may not be able to help you.
