This recently furnished unit is located in downtown Kingston, minutes walking distance to major amenities such as the K-Rock Centre, waterfront, restaurants, bars, and shopping on Princess Street. The unit, which encompasses the second floor of a duplex, consists of a living space area, fully equipped kitchen, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattresses. Fully licensed for short term rentals with the City of Kingston - License #LCRL20230000578

The space
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The living space has a 55" Smart TV with ROKU and is signed into Netflix to watch TV/Movies. Free high speed WIFI is included. You will be provided with pots / pans, utensils, glassware, and a drip coffee maker with coffee. Linens, pillows, and towels are also provided.

We have one parking spot behind the unit available to use suitable for a small to regular sized vehicle (no pick up trucks or large vehicles). On street parking on many streets in the area is allowed from April 1st to November 30th except weekdays between the hours of 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm.

Guests have exclusive access to the second floor apartment and shared access to a front foyer.

Other things to note
The temperature of the unit is locked and controlled remotely by me as it controls both units. It's kept between 18-22 depending on the season. If you need it adjusted slightly please let me know.
