A perfect place central to downtown Puerto Vallarta Romantico area. The condo is situated by the river next to the suspension bridge to the Isla Cuale Cultural Center; away from the hustle and bustle of the clubs and traffic but yet a few blocks to stores, good restaurants, clubs, old town Puerto Vallarta, churches, beaches, and much more. The neighborhood still has culture charm and not overdeveloped like some area.

The space
The bedroom has a queen size bed with 4 pillows, plenty of storage closet and cabinets for clothes and luggage. 2 bathrooms (1 full and 1/2) with 2 sets of bath, hand, and face towels. If staying for a month or greater, 2 linen sets will be provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (pots & pans, utensils & containers), coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, and all the kitchen supplies needed for a short or long term stay. A place setting for 4 people. Some spices and cooking oil may be available.

The living area features wireless internet (fiber optic), a flat-screen Smart-TV to connect to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. for entertainment. Tile floors throughout the condo. The living area has its own fan and air conditioner for comfort in the afternoons. Although, open the large screen windows and turn on the fans and feel the fresh cooler crosswinds breeze to conserve on energy.

The condo also offers a 2nd bathroom (1 full in the bedroom and 1/2 in the living room area), a washer and dryer are available.

Guest access
The rooftop has a gym fully equipped to help burn those delicious tacos and margaritas/mojitos calories if needed. Plunge into the cool refreshing pool, sit with friends & love ones in the jacuzzi, tan on the lounges chairs, bbq on the outdoor charcoal/wood grill, convenient restroom and outdoor shower, and of course spectacular Ocean, hills and Town Views!

Other things to note
Electricity Usage:
We ask our guests to be conservative. Usually more of a concern during the Summer season staying in Puerto Vallarta and the usage of the A/C all day. Puerto Vallarta, Zona Romantico, Jalisco, Mexico has an excess kiloWatt usage cost beyond the BASE KiloWatts (kWh) allocation. Winter is not of an issue usually unless you are taking lots of hot showers (water heater is electric). Less than or equal to the Base kiloWatts allocation, you should be fine and no extra cost.

Extra Cost Calculation to the Renters if over the Base kiloWatts allocation usage:
1) Base usage is included at a rate of
- 7 kWh per day
* If you stay less than 7 days - example: 2 days equals 14 kWh (7 kWh + 7KWh)

- 50 kWh per week
* If you stay a full week(s) 7 days - example: 1 week equals 50 kWh. Note the remainder days less than a week will use daily Base kiloWatts allocation above.

- 200 kWh per month
* If you stay a full month(s) 30 days - example: 1 month equals 200 kWh. Note the remaining weeks and/or days will use weekly and/or daily Base kiloWatts allocation above.

2) Excess Usage beyond the Daily, Weekly and/or Monthly Base kiloWatts allocation.
- There is a charge of $5.00 MXN/kWH: approx $0.30 USD depending on the exchange rate
** Note: Electric Charges are subject to change per MXN utility company.

The property manager will take a photo of the electric meter on the day of your arrival, then another the day before your departure. The electric usage will be calculated and presented to the renter to pay. If the kiloWatts usage exceeds the total base allocation Daily, Weekly and/or Monthly Base kiloWatts, the exceeding kiloWatts number will be multiplied by $5.00 MXN/kWH and paid by the tenants/renters.

The area is very quaint area; close to many local restaurants and/or coffee shops; beside the riverbed with a suspension bridge to the local Cultural Center & park; 2 blocks to old town; walking distance to gay/straight bars, beaches, & famous Malecon broadwalk. Every weekend there seems to be something to explore and fun happening in town.
