Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Beautifully refurbished 1948 home located in the Earlington neighborhood in Renton. With an incredibly convenient location, you are near many
main highways, downtown, SeaTac International Airport, and major and local shopping, and activity locations. The house is cozy but has plenty of room to relax inside and out. Inside, kick back in the open living area for dinner and a movie, or stroll the 1/4 acre yard and enjoy a peek of Mount Rainier. This little place is a great mini getaway!

The space
This comfy little house boasts many features, including full living, sleeping and kitchen space. Large Living room with a full sectional couch, wood stove, 50' Smart TV, internet, and a variety of games and exercise equipment, there is even a portable air conditioner if needed. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that has an extra gel memory foam bed topper, closet storage, and iron/ironing board. The other bedroom features a day bed that unstacks to two twin beds each with memory foam mattress and also has closet storage. Bath linens and basic toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen has all cookware, dinnerware and place settings for 4 people provided as well as some basic cooking ingredients. The outside yard is big and spacious for a nice evening around the fire pit and on clear evenings you can get a little peek of Mt Rainier's summit. Head down the hill to get on I-405 or head up to I-5 in minutes - a 10 minute drive to the Renton Landing (shops, restaurants, etc.), Seatac Airport, or Southcenter Mall. If you are an aviator or enthusiast the property is located just 5 minutes from Renton municipal airport and the Boeing 737 plant, and 10 minutes to Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight. If you are an angler you are just 10 minutes away from the Coulon Park Boat Launch on Lake Washington. If you like even more outdoor activities, there are many fishing, and hiking areas within minutes so you can go for a walk along the Cedar River Walk Path where it empties into Lake Washington and follow it up river for miles on the paved bike and walkway with many great fly fishing areas in between. Whether its work or play this place will have something for everyone.

Please note: Smoking/Vaping of any kind, Pets, Parties, and events are strictly prohibited.

Guest access

Renton, Washington, United States

I was born and raised in this neighborhood and have lived here for 33 years from childhood to starting my own family and I spent my summers as a kid fly fishing the Cedar River. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming and it's a neighborhood where people still walk around and visit the local park a block away. If you're up for a walk or a short drive there are a ton of great local businesses, fantastic restaurants and bars including a Brewery, antique shops, and parks. There are also major grocers in the area as well. What many may not know is Renton's rich history in the world from Boeing to Pacific Car and Foundry or Paccar as its now called, and all can be seen at the Renton History Museum, across from the Renton public Library that bridges the Cedar River. During August we are visited by the Blue Angels for Seafair, and in fall you can watch the annual Sockeye Salmon migration up the Cedar from the brick walk paths. This area has so much to offer you may not even make it to Seattle.
