The suite is 15 min cab ride from YVR Airport and 10 min to Downtown Vancouver. Bus stops at the front of the building, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, London Drugs, Super Market, gas station, and liquor store. Additional 10 mins walk (2 minute bus) to Commercial Broadway for more restaurants and lounges.
Quiet bedroom with PRIVATE BATHROOM & balcony. Great for couples and tourists.

The space
Your private bachelors room comes with your basic essentials. You have a walk in closet, mini fridge, a private balcony entrance and your own bathroom. The new queen size bed & pillows are all Luxury brand memory foam. The room is also reasonably quiet and facing away from the Kingsway traffic on the other side of the building. The kitchen is right next to your room and although shared it is isolated from the rest of the apartment. So often times, you have access without any interruptions.
