Guest wing of family house with own access, set in 2 acres of garden, adjacent to golf course with panoramic view over the Firth of Forth from Berwick to Edinburgh. Within 2 miles of blue flag beaches. 15 minutes from St Andrews, 40 minutes from Edinburgh, and the highlands about an hours drive away. Quarter a mile outside the village of Colinsburgh which has a pub, a shop with PO and a petrol station.
