It is located 15 minutes away from the city centre, with views overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers and Batu Caves from each side of the condominium.

It is a neighbourhood where guests can try our local food in several Chinese, Malay and 'mamak' stalls around the area. The 'mamak' (Indian Muslim) stall operates 24 hours a day, so guests can have their meals at any and all times.

Other than that, there is an SOS mart located just at the Ground floor, which operates 24 hours a day. There is also a 99 Speedmart convenient store at the nearest shop houses within 10 minutes walking distance and Lotus’s Selayang is an accessible 5 minutes drive away.
