Mins away from FedEx Field and shops. Cozy bedroom available in a 3 bedroom townhome community w/closet space, and dresser. Shared bathroom, living & kitchen space. Keypad entry (self-checkin, come/go as you plz), WiFi, cable TV, dedicated parking space & washer/dryer. Perfect for a Redskins game or any event at FedEx Field. Short distance to DC and very close to I-95/45 and Route 50. 45/60mins if you're using bus/train into the city. An 8min walk to 7/11 and 14min walk to the supermarket

The maximum person per room is two and there are no exceptions. Also there is no sleeping on the couch, for no reason.

If you need to park in the community I do have 1 guest spot, you will need to let me know when you arrive because the decal must be placed in your vehicle to avoid being towed. If you leave without returning the parking decal, you will be charged an additional $250.00 for a replacement.

This a townhouse community in an urban area... There is a 7/11, Shoppers Grocery Store, Popeye's, Subway and various eateries all within a short walking distance. This is a very safe neighborhood, there is a local police station within walking distance from the community... The bus will take you to the metro if you are using public transportation. Close to metro lines Morgan Blvd, Landover & Cleverly!
