Sadly, Yen was out for business in Hanoi so we could not meet. However, she was always prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have had. Her brother Toan did a fantastic job in her place. He was friendly and hospitable. The lack of hot water bothered me at first but in the Saigon heat and humidity, I came to somehow be grateful for it.

Thanks Yen for a pleasant stay. Even though a bit far from downtown, Yen offers all you need in a hotel room, clean housing with a/c and private bath. Yen and her family is also very nice, and are not too say to sit down and interact, giving the vibes of a family. Especially Yen is a good host who shared a lot of tips and recommendations, not only of Saigon but also of other cities in Vietnam that she has been. Can truly be recommended.

Hi, dear! I have been travelling intensively through many countries for 3 years. I enjoy guest houses. I like to couchsurf. But I can say that experiences with Airbnb hosts are the most memorable. I always feel secured, private yet warmly welcomed. That's why I want to host, once come back to Vietnam.
My favorite places, so far, are: Nha Trang, Da Nang, Hampi, Goa, Kandy, Osaka, Wakayama, Hakodate, Amsterdam. I love to hear your travelling stories, and willing to tell you all I know about my country, or about any place I have ever been.
I enjoy cooking & eating. I did graduate from a French culinary school this year. I want to explore Japanese cooking as well :). My all time favorite is always curry. Hope to see guys who share the same hobbies.
Enjoy travelling & have fun!
