The apartment was completely repurposed February and March 2024.

It consists of:
a living room with a sofa convertible into a very comfortable double bed (140 x 190), an open kitchen fully equipped with its dining area.
A bedroom separated from the living room by a small corridor, decorated with a decorative fireplace, equipped with a double bed (140 x 190), a wardrobe and a desk.
One bathroom, equipped with a bathtub with shower, sink, washer-dryer & toilet.


An elegant and comfortable haven of tranquility with Parisian charm, to rest from a busy day to discover this unmissable area of the left bank full of charm and history with many shops, cafes, bars, historic restaurants, and without forgetting the famous department store: LE CHEAP.

Guest access
All the accommodation will be accessible to our guests, and only they will have access to it (no one else).

Before your arrival, we will send you all the details to join us, step by step regardless of the place of your arrival.

We make it a point of honor to welcome our guests ourselves in a very professional and friendly way.

For arrival times: We indicate 15:00 guarantee, and if we can, we will try to welcome you before but without guarantee in advance, we will inform you if possible a few days before your arrival according to our schedule.

For any Arrival between 21:00 and midnight, a supplement of 50 euros will be requested on arrival in cash for the refund of the Taxi.
No arrival after midnight accepted.

For departure times, normally 11:00, but depending on the arrival of the following guests, we can leave you the apartment a little later, this will be communicated to you on your arrival, or at least the day before your departure.

Other things to note
The rental means all taxes & all charges included: Heating, Water, Electricity, but also: Household linen, cleaning at departure, broadband internet access & wifi, cable TV.

The washing machine - dryer is free and is located in the apartment. We do not provide laundry, you can easily find it in the supermarket on the corner

You will find on arrival some basic welcome products, soap, shower gel, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper to allow you to start your stay and give you time to buy them according to your needs.

A crib can be provided for an extra charge of 50 euros is to be paid on-site in cash to pay for the return taxi, we do not have the space to store it in the apartment (please notify us before your arrival)
