More Beautiful and Cleaner and Less Cher than the hotel!!! This newly and totally renovated appartment is in the trendy UPtown St-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood: the best place in Quebec city to drop your bags!
Totally equipped, it occupies the second floor of this 1845 ancestral house.

The space
Designed with heart and passion, it's easy to connect with the place.
This is the only apartment on that level of the house - 2nd floor, so it is a quiet place: ceilings and walls are soundproof with heavy and quality materials.
It is on the second floor of the house accessed either by the Front or back door
It is a 600 sq feet, 3 1/2 apartment as we calculate it here, so it has 1 fair size main bedroom with AC, 1 quality queen size mattress, a spacious living with 5 big windows providing lots of natural light.
It is open space so the dining table area connects with the kitchen and the living, ergonomically designed to provide that feel-good environment we all enjoy. The bedroom can be separated from the open space with heavy-thick curtains.
The back door space opens on a wash and dry zone with a convenient thick bamboo hardwood work surface, just next to the bathroom, which is simple, efficient and was my pride of putting all together !
The back door opens on a cosy back porch with table and chairs, also providing convenient access to the street (the best place to have one of those now forbidden things: cigarettes ! , since this is a strictly non smoking place)
The house is located on the corner of a calm street, which is a good thing here since many apartments are « sandwiched » together, stopping the flow of natural light. The apartment has windows on 3 sides providing good air circulation.
An other good thing is that we are just a few streets away from the beautiful main St-Jean street, which is a blessing when sleep is important. . .

As a guest, you have unique access to all of the apartment, as seen on the photos.

Other things to note
Important Note: We will host visitors in the street-level Airbnb (under yours) and we ask to please take care of noise, not too late at night and also strong foot steps that can be heard below ... : - )) thanks !

I ask my guests please do not FRY FISH or greasy meat such as BACON.
(the smell is so bad)

Safe, friendly and cool : the neighborhood is just close enough of all major attractions and yet, just far enough so the real feel of quebec is not disturbed by so many tourists walking down the streets. My house is located just 200 meters from the superb rue St-Jean, on a calm street corner, so its quiet and we sleep well !
