Welcome to Villa Madita, your tropical and stylish holiday home. Our villa is located in a quiet location, yet just 5 minutes away from Kuta's most happening scene and 20 minutes walking distance to Kuta beach. Villa Madita features two ensuite bedrooms, with hot shower and bathtub. Indulge yourself in our spacious living room and dining area, big size swimming pool, sundeck and garden. Our facilities of fully equiped kitchen, high speed WiFi and smart TV are fully at your disposal.
The space
This beautiful 600 square meters Villa is newly constructed in the heart of Kuta Mandalika Lombok. Featuring two comfortable and soothing size bedrooms with high quality mattress and linen. Both bedrooms has AC and fans for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the free minibar in each bedroom upon arrival and a welcome fruit basket. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom, equipped with shower, bathtub with running hot water and free refillable toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion) and other amenities such as bathrobe, slippers, bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, hair-dryer, bug spray and linen spray.
Our villa adopts indoor-outdoor space with plenty of sunlight and decorated in an unique style. Guests will enjoy the spacious living room and seating area, overlooking the luscious green gardens around the villa and the 48 square meters size swimming pool. With two lounging area on the pool; a spacious gazebo on one side and/or sun beds & bean bags on the other, will gives you the relaxing tropical vibe you've been looking for.
Villa Madita has well equiped kitchen with fridge, water dispenser (hot and cold), microwave, toaster, juicer, Modena gas cooktop and a complete set of cooking utensils. The kitchen island with bar stools is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee/tea and cathcing up with everyone before seizing the day.
Guest access
VILLA MADITA is a private villa that’s located in the VILLA NIYAMA complex alongside with six other villas. We have our own secured parking space, security service and CCTV on the common area outside the villa.
Guests have fulll access on the main building in the villa, garden and pool area.
Other things to note
- On request, we can provide breakfast for all guests, prepared in the villa with selection of coffee/tea, fresh local fruits, eggs/pancake and toast with butter and jam.
- Floating breakfast service is available with extra charge and notification a day before.
- For guests travelling with babies or toddlers we can provide extended amenities such as ;Graco Pack n Play with Portabble Napper and Changer, Baby bath tub, Baby safe Sterilizer, toilet trainer, high chair and dining utensils. Single fold up extra bed for children also available to accomodate your enjoyable stay and free of charge. Please let us know in advance. Pool safety fence can be hired as well with extra charge.
