GUIDELINES FOR GATHERINGS AND EVENTS.
Susie's is a great place for a family get together, wedding, company outing or other such event. We encourage responsible socializing and wholesome fellowship. However, there are limitations on how many guests the property is suited to accommodate. We ask that you limit the number or cars to 8 and that they be parked in the driveway; not on the grass or in the street. If you cannot fit all of your guests in 8 cars, it's probably too big of a gathering for this property. Music should not be able to be heard from outside the house after 10 pm from Sunday through Thursday nights and 11 on Friday or Saturday. Violation of these guidelines will result in termination of the gathering and all travelers and guests will be asked to leave promptly. We apologize for having to be so blunt, but a recent experience with an irresponsible traveler has necessitated this. Contact us if you would like an exception to this policy or if you have any concerns.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, decks, yard and the dock. Occasionally, the owner, manager, or another guest may use the dock during your stay, but this is generally not the case.

Other things to note
There should be 2 kayaks and a canoe for your use, along with life preservers. Let us know if you intend to use them so we can facilitate that. The property is several miles from any stores, so you may want to come prepared so you won't be spending your time driving to the store and back.
