Welcome! Come stay in a new condo with an architecturally advanced layout and stunning view of the mountains around the city located in a friendly building in a vibrant and fun neighborhood.

COVID-19 update: After the place has been professionally cleaned and disinfected, I am leaving the unit empty for a day to help with the disinfection process. These measures are costly but important, so I am absorbing most of the costs. The cleaning fee I charge is only a supplement.

The space
This is a new condo with new furniture and cable TV (basic channels, but you can link your Netflix account). You have full access to the secure underground parking. It is exceptionally clean, with an open living/dinning area.

The building’s common space is on the 3rd floor and has an spacious common space with a BBQ, pool table and fitness centre.

It has a queen-sized bed each bedroom, one of which has a new independent coil spring queen mattress queen mattress with integrated topper, the other has a new memory foam mattress.

We're planning on moving in in a few months, once we've sorted some things out. What's great for you is that this means you can have the place to yourself for the duration of your stay.

Where you’ll be

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

This is a fantastic neighborhood that has been undergoing gentrification for a number of years. There are many stores and restaurants within two or three minutes of the building, including great coffee, pizza, Japanese, Western and other cuisines. There’s a basic mall with pharmacy and post office across the street. It's very friendly for single, couples and families. A community centre is two blocks away, including a library, if you have children.

I work in the health sector using web-based tools, but I've also produced a few feature films. I read lots. A mix of non-fiction and fiction. I've been most recently listened to the audiobook version of A Game of Thrones. Halifax has some great restaurants, although I haven't tried a lot of them as I've been giving veganism a whirl for the past few months. We'll see how that goes! I can be very available to you in the evenings by phone, text or in person and somewhat during the day, when I'm working. When hosting, we stay a couple of two blocks away so I can address any special needs.
