This is a very beautiful, cosy and comfortable large 4 bedroom three storey Georgian House, 3 reception rooms, kitchen, 2 bathroom's with bath and 2 showers, 4 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed!

Our neighbourhood is in one of the best locations in Dublin. Site seeing tour bus stop located adjacent to house.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to Grafton Street and Trinity College or along the canal and visit the pubs favoured by many of our Irish poets and writers. Theatres, the Aviva Stadium and the docklands are just a stroll away.
Dublin bikes are available to hire at budget rates and well worth it. There are excellent pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Parks, museums and galleries all within a short stroll.
Herbert Park -
Next door Herbert Park is a green oasis spread over 32 acres of prime Ballsbridge land. It is named after Sidney Herbert, the father of the Earl of Pembroke who owned the land that Ballsbridge was built on. Some features of the park date back to the Dublin International Trades Exhibition, a kind of mini World Fair held in Dublin in 1907. Herbert Park these days offers football pitches, tennis courts, boules, croquet lawns and a children's play ground to the public. There is a box of sorts equipment that includes Hurles, footballs, frizbies, tennis and badminton.

Pubs: Paddy Cullen's, Crowe's, Mary Mac's and The Bridge1859 bar all of which serve pub food throughout the day. The French Paradox is excellently run wine bar, well known for its cheese boards! Popular restaurants in Ballsbridge are Roly's Bistro, The Lobster Pot is a famous for its old worldy service and a unique Dublin experience fish restaurant. Bellucios opposite the rds and beside the tourist bus stop has great early birds and sun patio to the front so you can watch the world go by!
Kites is regarded as the best Chinese in Dublin. Ravis for Indian eat in or take away! The embassy grill for traditional fish and chips! Chop house highly recommend do excellent steaks!! Base pizza is the best pizza take out I have ever eatin!
Others: cafe Java, four star pizza, subway, The girl and the goose, the horse show house, four seasons hotel.
Indulge yourself in the lobster pot, old style exclusive fish restaurant, unique experience ideal for super occasions!

have made a tourist brochures and maps available of to our guests of places to go and suggest things to do.

Music equipment including Ukulele and electronic piano available for your use!

Why not go feed the ducks before playing tennis (rackets and various sports equipment provided) in Herbert park, that is 1 minute walk!!
Fish in the river dodder to the front of the house, and bbq them later in the patio garden!
Take a five minute taxi ride to the nearest golf course!
Walk 10 minutes to the National Gallery of Ireland or to the beach!
Walk around the neighbour hood exploring and choosing from 20 restaurants where to eat (search restaurants Ballsbridge!)
