Newly renovated basement suite in June 2019 with your own private entrance. We are at a very convenient location to nearby bus stops, parks, fast food restaurants, and a convenient store. We are 10 minutes away from Richmond, 20 minutes away from downtown, and 10 minutes away from Metrotown.

The space
All guests will have they own private entrance to the basement. There will be free parking available outside our house. Our suite was fully renovated in June 2019 and features a full kitchen with a fridge and microwave.

- plates, bowls, and utensils
- blowdryer

Other things to note
There is a family of 6 living upstairs, along with a lab. The dog is kept on a leash when she goes out for walks.

There is a flight of stairs that you will have to walk down to get to the basement suite. Please note that it is NOT wheelchair friendly.

There is a security camera outside the property that records all the individuals coming in and out of the house. This is for safety purposes.

Please note that there is NO smoking in the suite and outside in the yard.
