Tim was quick to respond to any questions or requests. The restarants and ( Southpour is great) and pubs ( the Abbey) are just around the corner. Twenty minute walk to Royal Mile and the same to Hollyrood Palace. Rooms are a good size, kitchen nice, bedrooms a good size.

We had to book last minute Fringe accommodation due to cancellation of another booking, and this perfectly fit our needs. We had everything within walking distance (walking to most venues took us 20 minutes or so, but that's well within our reach). The flat is spacious and clean. Check in was very smooth, and it was quite easy to reach Tim at any time by email/message. We couldn't get the WiFi to work (devices would connect to network but have no Internet connection) despite having tried several different things (we had computer people in our group) and writing several messages to the host. Having no Internet was a bit annoying when trying to plan festival days, but we got by. Would book again!

Very good location and good sized property with clean linens that was a welcome home base for our trip to the festival. Unfortunately let down by some issues of cleanliness in the kitchen and problems with wifi - despite the listing there was either no wifi or no urgency on the host's behalf to resolve our problems with the wifi.

A good sized flat in a convenient location for the Fringe. Check-in and check-out were both very convenient. Unfortunately we suffered from there being a lack of internet in the property for the full duration of the stay and a maintenance issue with the bathroom extractor fan making a very loud noise (turning off at the fuse box the only way to resolve). Sadly this put a dampener on the property and stay - I hope it is resolved for future guests.

The place was absolutely wonderful! Fairly close to the old town, the royal mile and Waverley station which made moving around easy. Tim was quick to respond to any queries we had and suggested a few tours that we could take. We tried the Rabbie's one that he suggested to the Highlands and loved it! All in all a very nice stay :)

We came to Edinburgh for the Fringe and the apartment was ideal. Clean and spacious it offered everything we needed for our stay. It was also in the ideal location being just a few minutes walk away from the main bulk of the festival venues and the city centre. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Open minded, pretty well travelled, adventurous yet chilled out sort of chap. Love experiencing the more genuine side of destinations. Music, comedy and the arts provide an important foil to outdoor activities and adventure.
