Located on 5 acres of land, but only 7 miles from campus, our 5 bed 4.5 bath home features a spacious floor plan. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a fireplace den, dining room, laundry room, and a spacious kitchen with all cookware and coffee pot! The full sized basement (w/ back door to the pool) has another fireplace living area with a full sized kitchen and eating area, big screen tv, bed/bath and laundry room. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the third floor.

•fenced in area with outdoor pool and pavilion with sofas, tv and fridge
•full sized basement with big screen tv
•coffee maker in both kitchens
•chicken coop if you’d like to use the eggs for the weekend
•Upstairs back porch with table and chairs
•Downstairs back patio with chairs, gas grill and lights
•Master bedroom has spa tub
•Free standing ice machine

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use the following areas and amenities...
• pool and pavilion
• all areas of the house except closets
• garden vegetables and fresh eggs from chickens
• both porches and grills

Other things to note
We have an inside dog and an outside cat, and they will come with us during your stay. House will be cleaned by a cleaning company before and after your arrival.
