Location

Great Brickhill, England, United Kingdom

Close to Milton Keynes, Great Brickhill is one of three neighbouring villages collectively known as 'The Brickhills'. It is a rural community where you are likely to see more horses than people. There are stunning views from the village across the Vale of Aylesbury. The 17th century Old Red Lion pub is a two minute stroll up the lane and serves excellent lunches and evening meals which can be enjoyed in the bar lounge, the restaurant - and on warmer days in the garden. Despite its idyllic location, Great Brickhill is a short drive from Milton Keynes and is accessible to Woburn Golf Course and Silverstone and other nearby attractions such as Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, Whipsnade Zoo and Waddesdon Manor. For those who enjoy walking, there are many footpaths in the area giving access to Stockgrove and Rushmere country parks and the Greensand Ridgeway. The annexe is part of the Kingshill house. The village has a local pub that serves hot food at lunchtime and evenings.
