This bright, airy, and luxurious home is located just a stone's throw from the downtown core in the trendy north-central neighborhood of Halifax. Perfect for wedding groups, family reunions, large friend groups, and everything in between. With four floors, eight bedrooms, ten beds, 100" projector TV, pool table, barbecue, custom kitchen, private courtyard, and dedicated office space, this home really does have it all. It has been renovated and appointed to welcome guests from around the world.

The space
The living room features a 100" projector screen that comes down from the ceiling right above the propane fireplace. There is a workstation/office area with chargers, power outlets, a printer, etc. You will also find a half bathroom near the side entrance of the home. In the basement, there is a bar with wall mounted TV complete with Netflix as well as a pool table and three bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two single beds) as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The dining room table can seat 16-18 people and is perfect for large dinners or events. There are three additional bedrooms on the second level of the home including a king suite with a balcony overlooking Citadel Hill and a private ensuite bath and an additional bathroom in the common area. On the third level, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Outside, you will find a private courtyard with outdoor dining table, sitting area and barbecue.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home and outdoor spaces. The only area guests cannot access is the garage and tool shed which we currently use as storage for our ongoing construction projects.

* *There is a development going on nearby and unfortunately there has been some construction noise during the week. Please keep this in mind when booking and thank you for your patience.

The house is located in the heart of Halifax. Within moments you can find a number of fantastic coffee shops including Seven Bays, The nook, and the Tare Shop. Many of the cities best restaurants are located near by including Field Guide, Edna, Stillwell, Bar Kismet, Lot Six, EnVie, and many more. The house is located a stones throw from the downtown core and a few minutes walk from the Halifax Commons Park which offers ice skating for free in the winter and lots of outdoor activities in the summer such as rollerskating, tennis, softball and more. National Historic site Citadel Hill is located directly across the street from the home!

Lincoln and I (Andrew) have grown up together in Halifax and have been living in this North Central neighbourhood for the past 5 years. We are both artists and have painted large scale murals all around Nova Scotia. Over the past 7 years we have taken a keen interest in the Halifax housing market and have been working hard at acquiring new and interesting rental properties across the province. We do all of our own renovations and have a small construction company with projects around Halifax and the South Shore. Lincoln and I also worked in the restaurant industry for many years – so don’t hesitate to ask us about where to eat, things to do, places to visit or anything in between.
