A rustic country farm feel. Large airy spaces with a beautiful wraparound porch which features a setting area,dining area and a back patio with a bbq. A convenience store, gas station, and Tim Hortons are right across the street. The property is off the highway, easy to get to and on the townline of Niagara Falls and only a 17 minute drive to the falls. A perfect setting for a wine tour weekend or a shopping weekend. The Niagara outlet is a 7 min drive from the house.

*Old Town Niagara on the Lake 25 min. On the drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake there are dozens of winery’s and breweries.
*Niagara College is a 7 min drive and Brock University is a 12 min drive.
Liquor store and beer store are 3 miles from the house.
The grocery store is located 2 miles down the road with restaurants in the area.
Across the street from the farmhouse is a gas station a convenient store and a Tim Hortons. Easy highway access.
