- Depósito reembolsable de 300 €, que se devuelve íntegramente tras el check-out si no se han producido daños.
- Exención de daños de 18,19 € (no reembolsable), que cubre daños accidentales conforme a las condiciones establecidas.
Los servicios complementarios (como late check-out, cuna, parking o limpieza adicional) están sujetos a disponibilidad y requieren confirmación previa. Su contratación y pago se gestionan directamente con la propiedad según las tarifas vigentes.

Access is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards using an electronic key, after completing the required documentation. Throughout your stay, you will have assistance available for any issues or needs that may arise.
When confirming your reservation, you will need to choose between two options:
- Refundable deposit of €300, which will be fully returned after check-out if no damages have occurred.
- Damage waiver of €18,19 (non-refundable), which covers accidental damage in accordance with the established terms and conditions.
Additional services (such as late check-out, baby cot, parking, or extra cleaning) are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Their booking and payment are handled directly with the property according to current rates.
