Guest access
The accommodation occupies the entire first floor of our three-storey townhouse and is reserved exclusively for guests. The guest floor and roof terrace are private, with no living spaces shared with the Homeowner.

Both the accommodation and the roof terrace are accessed via a set of stone stairs (with handrail and central rope). This access is not recommended for toddlers and persons with reduced mobility.

The house is non-smoking throughout.

Other things to note
GENERAL:
The house is located just steps from Pézenas’ pedestrianised historic centre, on a one-way street with reduced vehicle speed and evening closures during the summer.

A secure, locked parking garage is provided nearby at no extra charge.

As with most historic town centres, street activity may vary during market days and local events. The bedrooms are quietly situated away from the street.

HOUSE RULES:
• Smoking on the Property is NOT permitted.
• Animals are NOT permitted on the Property.
• Only persons named in the Rental Party may stay overnight at the Property.
• Guests shall not create excessive noise; neighbourhood quiet hours are from 22h to 08h.
• The Homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings, unless caused by gross negligence.
• Guests shall keep the Property and furnishings in good order.
• Parking is permitted only in the designated garage provided.
• There is no daily housekeeping. Optional mid‑stay linen refresh may be arranged.
• Rubbish must be disposed of in municipal containers prior to departure.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed.
• Illegal internet use is strictly prohibited.
• Any additional television service costs incurred by the Guest shall be reimbursed by the Guest to the Homeowner.
