This is a large modern 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment just 150 metres walk from Military Road, to the last bus stop before The Sydney Harbour Bridge - it takes 5-8 mins to Sydney CBD. Neutral Bay has numerous trendy shops & restaurants.

The space

The apartment is surrounded by gum trees and there are many varieties birds who regularly visit. The apartment is light and airy and located on 6th floor which is accessed by lift. Neutral Bay apartment is available in 1 bedroom configuration with queen bed suitable for a single or a couple or as a 2 bedroom with queen, king (or 2 single) beds, ideal for 2 couples or a couple and 2 singles. Maximum number of guests is four (4). The apartment balcony looks to Fort Denison in Sydney Harbour. The NYE fireworks can be seen from this location though not the full front on view - there is a vantage point located in Neutral Bay.

The guests have access to the entire apartment and security parking for 1 vehicle if required.

No smoking is allowed within the apartment. Please note the unit is not hooked up for internet access but we can supply a pre-charged modem at an extra cost. Please request this prior to arrival. Charge is payable direct to owner - $10 nightly.

This apartment location is fantastic - close the transport and walking distance to some great restaurants in a family friendly environment. Check-in was friendly and punctual, and we even had milk for a cup of tea and a packet of Tim Tam biscuits for the kids waiting for us. Recommended.

Excellent property and perfect for our family. Very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation in a great central location. Close to local amenities and transport links. Would definitely recommend.

Found this location fantastic for getting around the north, just an easy, short drive to gorgeous Mosman beaches & we also drive up to Dee Why beach in less than 30minutes. We used the buildings underground carpark provided by Coleen so parking was easy. We loved that Coles & other shops are just up the street & plenty of restaurant options. We ate in the beer garden at The Oaks with the kids & it was great. Lovely sunrise if you are up early enough.

We loved the cleanliness of the apartment and close proximity to restaurants, groceries and short drives to amazing harbour views. We also loved sitting up in the trees with the birds. The location was fantastic - so easily accessible from the Airport on public transport. Great spot to get to shops in a few minutes walk. Awesome outlook from lounge - private and lots of fresh air, even a sneak peak water view treat. Coleen and Nick made the pre-arrival and arrival incredibly easy as it was a very last minute booking and Coleen was prompt and thorough with her comms. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. We travelled with an infant and it was incredibly easy and safe and comfortable to stay there.
